Training Rules

GUIDANCE & MONITORING

A 2:1 ratio of trainees and CAs is maintained to ensure proper guidance. Work done by Articled trainees is monitored through Timesheets, which allows the firm to periodically assess and review the nature of training imparted.

TRAVEL

The firm’s work is spread across India, from North to South, and West to North-east. A trainee travels for up to 14 days a month in peak working months. Average travel for trainees is about 60 days per year.

OFFICE TIMINGS FOR TRAINEES

9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., five days a week. Compensatory leave is credited for extra work or work on holidays.

COACHING CLASSES

Permitted for limited number of subjects, provided these do not interfere with normal office attendance and training.

STIPEND

Generous stipend/ scholarship, starting at Rs. 10,000 p.m. in first year, with additional results-based awards.
