There are several ways to start work in India. You could set up a new organisation:

• A public charitable Trust,
• A registered society,
• A section 8 company,
• A producer company,
• A cooperative society.

Or you could try for:

• A liaison office
• A branch office

Each of these has pros and cons. Some take more time, others take less. What worked for other organisations years ago, may not work for you today. Your needs may be different.
